Notably, 85% of these recruits were sourced through personal referrals from his own sales team. Luke's pioneering approach led to the development and nationwide adoption of seven organic recruiting strategies, resulting in over 40,000 annual recruits.

Collaborating with over 100 companies in industries such as roofing, solar, and pest control, Luke has facilitated remarkable growth, often doubling team sizes in mere months. Bryan Hurlman

His tenure at Cutco, where he served as one of the most decorated managers in the company's 75-year history, solidified his reputation for excellence. Alongside his sales teams, Bryan clinched an impressive 10 national championships between 2009 and 2023, demonstrating his unparalleled leadership prowess.

In his current capacity as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Bryan oversees and optimizes all revenue-generating activities within the Luum brand. With over 15 years of experience as a sales expert and growth strategist, Bryan embodies a unique blend of analytical acumen, boundless energy, and creative flair. His holistic approach to growth focuses on exploring new revenue avenues while meticulously constructing the infrastructure necessary for their effective navigation. Through his unwavering commitment to driving success, Bryan continues to shape the landscape of sales leadership and inspire transformative growth.

Sam Litreco

Coach at AlwaysBeRecruiting

Sam has 16 + years of direct sales, marketing, and recruiting consulting experience with Cutco / Vector. She developed a passion and niche skill set for recruiting and leadership development. She has personally screened and interviewed over 4,000 applicants. She has hired, trained, and launched at least 1,000 + people into the sales field. Her personal track record progressed into Recruiting Consultant support for over 60+ executives and leaders throughout the company. This entailed monitoring the entire recruiting process from initial phone call to onboarding/ training development.

She has a BA Degree in both Psychology and Marketing, along with being certified in the Dale Carnegie course for human relations, public speaking, sales, and leadership. She has spoken to audiences of 500+ to teach recruiting, leadership development strategy, and motivational speaking.

Her greatest strengths within the Always Be Recruiting space are utilizing her expertise in Psychology to help executives and their teams manage mindset and limiting beliefs about recruiting, along with crafting the proper verbiage and scripts to create the highest forms of retention and efficiencies within the recruiting process. Along with helping craft and develop customized cultural values and accountability measures for increased productivity within sales teams performance.

She enjoys taking gained knowledge and experience and leveraging it within the D2D industry. She is also no stranger to physical adversity and living a full life of joy despite having overcome living with Cerebral Palsy. She has taken all perceived physical challenges and turned them into opportunities to contribute her story and gifts into her own company called Let Your Light Shine, numerous Non profit spaces, and faith based ministry work for youth to help "Let Light Shine" in difficulty and darkness. She strives to help people take what they may perceive as impossible within their personal lives, businesses, and recruiting processes and encourages and holds accountable to help make it possible.
